My name is Spyridonas (Spyro) Vradis,
proud advocate of Greek Hospitality
Long before 7 Sins existed, my world was already filled with aromas, flavors, and the quiet rituals of hospitality. In our home, gathering around the table was never just about food — it was about people, shared moments, and making every guest feel welcome.
"From my mother and my grandmothers I learned something that would stay with me forever: Hospitality is not a service. It is a gesture of care."
Years later, after traveling, discovering new cultures, and falling deeply in love with the creativity of bartending, that philosophy found its place behind the bar.
In 2016 it became 7 Sins Cocktail House — first in Barbati and since July 2025 in the heart of the Old Jewish Quarter. A place where cocktails are transformed into intimate, layered experiences, and every sip tells a story.
A great bar is built on people
The connection between the guest and the team, the conversations across the bar and shared experience, turns a drink into a unique memory.

Before the first sip, the magic is quietly set in motion. The night begins long before the first cocktail appears: herbs are selected, ingredients prepared, glasses polished.
It is the story of a team — a group of passionate bartenders and hosts who share the same curiosity for flavors, the same respect for hospitality, and the same joy of welcoming people from around the world.
